Kelly Nash grew up in Davie, Florida a city that is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kelly Nash was raised boating and fishing together with her father Ed Nash. She has two sisters, Kaitlyn Nash, and Carolyn Nash. Kelly Nash is of English and Irish origin. She is also Swedish. Her great-grandfather, who was a Portuguese immigrants, arrived in America from Portugal.



 Kelly Nash was a huge fan of the Miami Marlins since she was young. Although Nash was always interested in sports, she had always dreamed of being a news anchor. Kelly Nash, a 2006 graduate of Clemson University in Clemson (South Carolina), with an undergraduate degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2009, she graduated from Clemson University with a Master's degree in Youth Development Leadership. She was awarded an athletic scholarship from the Clemson Athletic Department in exchange for Covering their soccer and Baseball teams in the Sports information Department Career



 Kelly Nash, a MLB Network studio host, is featured on several shows, which include Quick Pitch, the nightly highlights show. Her appearances on On The Fly, the Nightly Game recap Show, and NHL Network Studio are a part of her duties as host for NHL Network Studio. In March of 2015 she joined the MLB Network. She also began working for the NHL Network in 2015. The NHL Network's everyday operations were housed at the MLB Network headquarters.
